Why is it that "peace protesters" are so often anything but peaceful? There 's the "lets vandalize recruiting stations" gang, then there's the "Easter Mass invading fake blood squirters" gang, and now comes this photo from Cao's blog of the poster boy for the "lets slap women around for peace" gang.
This guy, a member of the Chester County Peace Movement, believes that because he has a beret, a sign, and a cause he has the right to assault people in general, and women in particular who have a different political point of view. In keeping with his ignorant interpretation of Free Speech rights he slapped Skye from Midnight Blue in the face twice. The reason for the assault? Seems Mr. Beret didn't like her covering a pro-troop rally in Philly.
Anyone who assaults a person for holding a different view is one in need of jail time. Anyone man who assaults a woman for holding a different point of view is a coward in need of jail time. Assaulting people is not free speech - it is criminal and it is long past time that those who engage in such activity be prosecuted.
